We are a small home based clinic specialised in Yoga, Yoga therapy and Massage. Treatments are available Tuesday to Thursday 11.00am to 4.00pm and some other times by arrangement.

Public yoga classes are held in Kaiapoi on Monday evenings.

Massage Treatments
Intuitive Swedish style massage with plain or fragrant essential oils create bodily ease and relaxation. $60.00 per hour.

Yoga therapy by appointment.
After an initial complementary 15 minute interview, treatments are given to address the wide ranging symptoms of modern diseases. Treatments may include dietary advice, nutritional supplements, yoga asana's, massage or energy healing.

Retail:
Massage tables and portable massage chairs are made to order, and our massage video provides an industry standard lesson for people wanting to learn massage.
